This is typical of the Dooto re-issues/compilations that came out after Redd Foxx hit paydirt with “Sanford and Son”…echo, overdubbed generic cocktail jazz interludes and other attempts to make fake stereo versions of the 1954-63 vintage material he cut for them.

BTW – not only did they call there self Kings – But it was The “Original” Kings of Comedy.

yeah. – I didn’t like the Kings of Comedy line-up at all. – They were all-right, but to call your self “Kings” – while Eddie Murphy and Chris Rock are still around is kinda bold. I even think George Carlin was funnier than Cedric.
Only one I really laughed at was Bernie Mac. – And I’ve heard better from D.L. – But he wasn’t that funny on TKOC. -
