The minefield part refers to the the charity work she did in poorer countries where there had been civil wars and things like that and there were still lots of unexploded mines. The gangbang bit is a slight exagereration of the constant rumours that she was cheating on Prince Charles with lots of different men e.g Will carling, Dodi, The guy from the army atc

holz93, the joker gag is based on Heath Ledger who played The Joker in the Dark Knight and Heath Ledgers death. Hope that explains it
