The Warner Music Group has been muting the audio on YouTube to all songs they hold the rights to. The song in this video was one of them so rather than keep the video up with no audio, the uploader probably removed the clip.

I think it is because it is mimicking and kind of mocking of a Kevin and Carl routine. Not necessarily 2 men dancing together, but adding hip hop and some of their own style makes it more of a parody.
