Wow, I can’t believe that CODA’s would make fun of their own parents’ voices or any deaf people’s voices! I would’ve expected much more out of CODA’s like their respect for the deaf people because they grew up with deaf parents or family and see how they have gone through as deaf people (oppressions or frustrations). Also, I would’ve smacked that person who described a deaf voice like a retarded voice! I appreciate how you brought that up, I had no idea how some CODA’s are like that.
